Follow the Brookdale Healthcare Team as they prepare for the three peaks challenge. To raise as much dosh as possible, Matt, Daniel, Richard S, Rich P, David, Laura, Kirsty, Caroline, Natalie, Louisa,Patrick, Andrew and Becky will attempt to climb the highest peaks - start to finish - in Scotland, England and Wales in 24 hours! That’s 22 miles of walking, 11 hours of driving (of course obeying the speed limits) and 9700 feet of ascent!
Richard, Caroline, Nikki & I are spending the weekend camping in Snowdon. Today we did some challenging technical ascents tomorrow a long hard slog, preparing by eating curry
